Idaho Farmers Say 'No' to Low-Carb Potato

The Idaho Potato Commission has said that few producers will grow the new low-carb potato developed in Florida. "Anytime you reduce the starch in a potato, you end up with a gummy potato," said the Commission president. Sounds yummy, doesn't it?
